Rate for "Big captcha" is decreased to normal captcha rate

Previously we divided image captchas by size: normal and big (width+height > 400px) and rates were different: $1 per 1000 big captchas and $0.5-$1 per 1000 normal captchas.

That was made because SolveMedia captcha has this size and this type of captcha is quite complex for our workers.

Today we decided to use the rate of normal captchas for big captchas: it's flexible rate between $0.5-$1 per 1000 based on service load.

Worker's rate for big captcha will remain raised as before.
