ProCaptcha (Prosopo) solving launched

ProCaptcha — developed by Prosopo — is one of the newest contenders in the fight against bots. This challenge often appears on DApps and blockchain-related platforms, posing a new barrier for automation scripts.

At 2Captcha, we continuously expand our capabilities to keep your workflows smooth and uninterrupted. We’re announce full ProCaptcha bypass support — now available via API.

How to bypass Prosopo

You can now send ProCaptcha tasks to 2Captcha through a simple API call. Our system handles the challenge and returns a valid solution token you can submit to the protected page.

To get started:

  • Use the method: prosopo parameter in your request.

Include required values such as websiteURL, websiteKey, and optionally a proxy if needed.

Wait for the token and submit it to the challenge page.

Here’s an example request:

json
{
  "key": "YOUR_API_KEY",
  "method": "prosopo",
  "websiteURL": "https://example-dapp.com",
  "websiteKey": "0x123456789abcdef...",
  "proxy": "login:password@IP:PORT"
}

Full integration details are available in our updated documentation: ProCaptcha bypass API.

ProCaptcha is a human verification system designed for the decentralized web. It typically displays a dynamic, image-based challenge that requires users to select correct shapes or patterns to prove they are human. Unlike traditional text or reCAPTCHA formats, ProCaptcha is tailored for DApps and other Web3 platforms.

With the growing adoption of blockchain applications, ProCaptcha is appearing more frequently. It’s designed to block bots — but also blocks legitimate automation use cases. Thanks to 2Captcha, you can now continue interacting with these platforms programmatically, bypassing ProCaptcha just like you would with reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha, or Cloudflare Turnstile.
